Hi Jon !
Hope your're good. You are interested in wheter teenagers care about what they do online.
I'm 16 years old and I'm online 2 hours a day.
I use the Internet to post pictures and chat with friends. Sometimes i comment under pictures of friends or famous people. I use Snapchat, Facebook and Instagram.
You say that teenagers couldn't care less about privacy. This i not true at all.
Teenagers are aware of the Internet because they grow up with the dangers and they already learn what they should do and what not.
You also mention that schools should do more educate teenagers about the future impact of their online profile.
I fully agree in some points with you. But not in all points.
In my opinion, it would be wise to learn more about cybersecurity as the teens would learn how to protect their computer or cell phone from hacker attacks. It would also be very advisable to learn how to rid your computer of viruses in elementary school.
Learning about how to procect your online identy would be highly interseting for all of us.
Maybe schools could offer different courses on cyber mobbing or cyber protection. I think that many students would come in the course, because it is also a very interesting topic and you can learn a lot about it.
Another option would be to simply go wild without internet and mobile phone. Just the family. No I'm just joking.
Bloggers out there, what do you think about this issue???

After visiting ST Pauls Cathredal I will go back to Bank and on to Monument Station. Then I will take District line east Bound, get off at the first Staton Tower Hill. Then I will visit the London Bridge.
Finally I will visit the Madame Tussauds. I take the Bakerloo line nothern Bound, get off at the 5th Station Baker street. Then I go 15 minutes to Madame Tussauds. After the long visit I will go back to the Waterloo Station.
I hope it will be a nice adventure

Our host Family
My family as a host family would be very strange. We are seven peoples - me, my dad, the wife of my dad, my brother, my sister, my granddad and my gradmom. We have one cat and a little rabbit. My granddad owns a small house with birds and my dad owns a aquarium. We live in a small town - there is a very small primary school and a small football place. There is everywhere a big wood. I think my family is very nice and helpful. They like to go in the garden and my siblings l love to play in the sanpit or spring on the trampolin. My dad is very athletics an his wife is very very creativ and her favourite hobby is to puzzle and tinker something. We also make often day trips like going to the zoo or to an big playground.
I think a person who likes kids and animals would like it in my family.

St. Patrick's Day
ST. Patrick's Day (17.3.2019)
On the 17. March was in Irland the St. Patrick's Day. Patrick was born in Roman Britain in the late 4th century. He is the patron of Ireland. The time bevor he dies he told the people about god. His deathday is the 17. March 461 where he built his first church.
The people in Ireland wear every year on the 17. March green clothes and make parades because they celebrate Patrick. Many legends grew up around him for example, he apparently has drove the snakes out of Ireland and used the shamrock to explain the trinity of god. And there is also traditional food like cabbage, corned beef, potatoes and soda bread.

My hobby "Geocaching"
Hello guys,
I will tell you something about my hobby. My hobby is called "Geocaching". Geocachingis a high-tech treasure hunting game played throughout the world. Someone hides a treasure who is called Geocache somewhere outdoor. After the hide you put the GPS coordinates on the internet so that other people can search your cache. If you find a geocache, you write your name in the logbook an hide the geocache at the same spot. Then you place a log on the internet sharing your experiences of finding the geocache.
There are many size of a geocache. They are called: micro, small, regular, lage, other.
And there are many types. The most important (common) types are
- Traditional-cache: The original geocache type.
- Multi-cache: use 2 or more locations, at the final location the cache is located,
- Mystery-cache: Sometimes you have to answering some questions or you have solving complicated mathematical problems to find out the coordinates.
Everybody can do geocaching. It is a funny and interesting hobby. You can find caches all over the world. And sometimes you see the most beautiful landscapes who nobody knows.
But never destroy nature when you looking for geocaches. And beware of Muggles.

table manners
Let me tell you something about table manners in Austria and England.
In Austria, for example, you should Always say "Mahlzeit" or "Guten Appetit" before you start Eating. Cut as much of your food with your fork as possible, because this compliments the cook by saying the food is very good. And the most important think is that you should finish everything on your plate.
Typical table manners in England:
If there are many knives or forks on the table when you start eating, you must use the knife or fork that is the farthest away form your plate.
It is very difficult to eat peas because you must holt the knife in your right hand, your fork in your left hand, and you push the peas onto the back of the fork. If you are eating a bread roll, you break it into pieces before you will eat it with your fingers.
And you should put the bread on a special side plate.
But I think in England you do not eat as much as in Austria.

Reach Your Goal (my dream project)
Dear Madam,
I would like to inform you about my project. My name is Vanessa and I am 15 years old. I life in upper Austria and I am attending the business college in Perg. I like to read books and I play the Violin. In the summer holiday I will have a part-time job. I really enjoy to travel and find new friends.
My future plan is that I become a police officer and help the peoples and do good things.
My dream project is a trip to the USA. I dreamed of that since I was 9 years old. I love the USA and I would like to do a trip throughout USA. Two of my friends will come with me and we all have big plans. We would like to rent a car and a small house. My dream is that I will explore some parts of the USA because I am very interested in biology. But a trip to the USA needs a lot of money. I work really hard but I will never have enough money for my dream project.
Me and my two friends would like so much to go to the USA. Thats our big dream. And I think that dream should be fulfilled. I hope I will hear from you soon.
Kind Regards Vanessa Tauschek
